Core & Stretch class focuses on three areas: flexibility, mobility, stability. A combination of core exercises, balance, and static & dynamic stretching will leave you with a sense of body balance. 

This class is great for: 
  • Recovery day to balance strength training and conditioning 
  • Awakening muscles & soft tissue (Great for people who are working at a desk all day!) 
  • Core strengthening; level of intensity can be adjusted, depending on your goals
  • Improving stability, flexibility, mobility and posture
