Core & Stretch class focuses on three areas: flexibility, mobility, stability. A combination of core exercises, balance, and static & dynamic stretching will leave you with a sense of body balance.
This class is great for:
- Recovery day to balance strength training and conditioning
- Awakening muscles & soft tissue (Great for people who are working at a desk all day!)
- Core strengthening; level of intensity can be adjusted, depending on your goals
- Improving stability, flexibility, mobility and posture
